School Leadership Coaching

Great leaders invest in the people, but often don't think to invest in themselves. An executive leadership coach provides a safe, structured, and trustworthy environment tailored for the leader. The coach helps the leader understand their competencies, how they’re perceived by others, identify areas of growth, and set goals. It is highly individualized and personalized professional development.

What is leadership coaching?

Leadership coaching is an interactive process that enables the you, the client, to be reflective, tackle challenges, and create positive changes in yourself, your work, and your life.

Who is considered a school leader?

We work with heads of school, executive directors, principals, other school administrators and even teachers who are taking on leadership roles. We also work with your board executives to help them navigate governance of private or charter schools.

What is the objective of coaching?

Together we focus on your potential - your unrealized understanding, abilities, and capacities - by leveraging your strengths and uncovering the obstacles. We target the areas that you identify to create positive changes.

What about confidentiality?

Trust and psychological safety is critical to this process, and confidentiality is incredibly important. At the start of a coaching engagement you will receive a copy of our professional code that details our commitment to you and your process.

How often will I meet with my coach?

Our coaching package is generally weekly or every other week. We will work with you to put together a coaching package that works with your schedule, busget, and intended outcomes.
